WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

New Kloudy X Orders placed from Monday to Friday morning on business days will be shipped within 1 business day;Orders placed from Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday morning.).

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES ONCE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

For standard shipping, your order will arrive in approximately 3-5 business days once it is shipped. For express shipping, expect delivery within 1-2 business days. For Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii, the time may vary, and you can track your order on USPS.

I RECENTLY MOVED, BUT I THINK MY LAST SHIPMENT WAS SHIPPED TO MY OLD ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO?

RETURNS

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after product delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
