Return & Exchange Policy
At Kloudyx, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy for US customers who purchased return insurance.
Please Note:
- Returns/Exchanges are ONLY accepted for items purchased from www.kloudyx.com.
- Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sale items, gift cards, or opened vape products due to hygiene reasons.
- Each order is eligible for one return only.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
- Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us process your request efficiently, kindly provide photos or videos of the product showing the issue.
- Returns due to incorrect shipping address, delivery failure, or refusal to pay duties/taxes will incur a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Express shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your returned package is received, our warehouse will process the return and send you a notification email.
