Aftersale Questions
Please contact us via website online chat within fourty-eight (48) hours of receiving your package if an item is received damaged or has been incorrectly shipped by us.

If the package is lost by shipper, we can resend the package, but if it shows successful delivery, we will not resend the order again. Thanks for understanding.
